At Ababeel, we work closely with our customer to understand their need and provide them with best available solution. To ensure this, we send art proof of your customized design before commencement of production. We strongly recommend that you check spellings, dates and other details closely as once you approve it, we will send it for production.

Due to personalized nature of products, We can only accept refund / exchange before the items is sent for production. Once an item is produced, we will not be able to process any refund / exchange unless the error was on our part.

We recommend to put your email address on checkout for art work approval process. If you do not wish to provide an email, you will process your items as order.
