Shipping of orders depends on various factors such as time for graphic designs, approval from customer (if required), painting and special request from customer. Generally, in-stock items are shipped with in 2-3 business days. However, some items can take longer than that.

Delivery times for standard delivery is 5-7 business days and express 1-2 business days. These time are just an estimate provided by courier companies and we have no influence over it. Any delay in this regard is beyond our control as courier companies are separate entities. 

If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we will try our best to meet your deadline. 

Our shipping packages are well secured to ensure your items reach you safe and sound. Any damage during shipping can be covered by insurance (if you arranged it with us). Our normal check out process does NOT  include any insurance. If you wish to insure your items for shipping damage, Please contact us prior to placing you order.
